Exterior Masonry & Restoration Services

There's nothing more durable or more breathtaking than the beauty of natural stone or hand-layed brick. From patios and walkways to stone walls and chimneys, you can make your home, business or landscaping project stand out from the crowd with custom exterior stone and brickwork by L.E. Norwood & Sons.

Patios, Steps and Walkways

Are you seeking a rustic feel for your patio, steps or walkways that concrete can't offer? Are you looking for something that stands out from the crowd? Try the look and feel of hand-layed natural stone or brick! Granite, fieldstone, bluestone and brick can all be used to create an excellent transition from your home to your lawn and landscape.

Stone Walls and Veneers

Stone walls add a unique style to any landscaping project and can serve a wide range of purposes. They can be used along the sides of a driveway, to form borders along your property, as borders around vegetable gardens and flower beds and as retaining walls to prevent erosion or to terrace a hillside.

With stone veneer, your home can have the look and feel of solid stone walls with significantly lower weight, and a lower construction cost. Stone veneer can be used as an accent, or for an entire surface.

We can construct stone walls and stone veneers using a variety of materials, including granite, fieldstone and bluestone.

Chimneys

A high-quality chimney is important for both the safety and the appearance of your home. L.E. Norwood & Sons uses only the highest quality bricks, stone and liners when building your chimney. From simple to ornate, functional to decorative, we can create a perfect chimney for your home.

Restoration Services

We offer our customers a variety of brick and stone restoration services. Brick restoration includes repointing old concrete joints between courses of brick, replacement of damaged bricks and in some cases complete tear-down and reconstruction of the brickwork. Stone restoration includes tearing down the stonework, mapping and numbering each individual stone, replacing damaged stones, and then rebuilding the stonework back to it's original stone.
